Creative and flavorful cuisine. The menu degustation was extraordinary and an absolute delight. The service was perfect, like a well-choreographed ballet, and the decor of the dining room in an old mill was pleasing to the eyes. This restaurant deserves much more than the one star it gets from Michelin.

It was several years ago that we dined here and our fourth visit overall. As before, the service was impeccable and the surroundings very beautiful. Since we last visited, the cuisine has evolved of course and it is even more focused than before on local products which are delivered in a very pure way. Sauces were exquisite as was everything. Our dietary wishes were given beforehand and it is perhaps a bit strange not to be able to "choose" from the menu but then there is no stress on what to choose :-). When we return to Burgundy, we will certainly return here.

New review from 2017: Still the same high quality! Amazing experience: service is top, location is great with different rooms and atmospheres (outdoor, veranda, anbd the old mill main room), food is amazing, just like last year. Go there! Review from 2016: Excellent food, on his way to 2 Michelin stars, we hope! Price is really acceptable for the quality of the food and the quality of the service. Menus do change often, and there is also a daily menu. The place is great, it is an old mill, stone and wood. There is a nice terrasse outside for Summer times. Chef is very friendly, we did visit the kitchen. Highly recommended!

Food was okay. Service was spotty. One of our party was drinking sparkling water and the waiter refilled with still. The waiters continually spilled while refilling drinks. We also felt rushed to finish and leave.
